Booking and deposits
A 20% deposit is optional to reserve most services. Members on an active monthly plan are exempt from the deposit. Deposits are applied to the final invoice and are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment.
Cancellations and rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule with no penalty up to 24 hours before your appointment. Within 24 hours, the deposit is forfeited. We may reschedule due to severe weather or equipment failure at no charge to you.
Memberships
Monthly memberships have a 2-month minimum commitment. After the minimum period, you may cancel anytime from your account billing portal. Memberships renew automatically each month until canceled.
Service area and access
We serve North County San Diego (Encinitas, Carlsbad, Leucadia, Cardiff, Del Mar, Solana Beach, Rancho Santa Fe, 4S Ranch, Oceanside, Vista, Fallbrook and surrounding ZIPs). You are responsible for ensuring legal parking and safe vehicle access at the service location. We are not responsible for parking citations issued during service.
Vehicle condition
Please remove personal items before service. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle. We will document any pre-existing damage before starting work. Excessively soiled vehicles may incur additional charges, communicated and approved before work begins.
Liability
We are fully insured for damage caused by our work. Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or the amount paid for the service, whichever is lower. Ceramic coating durability claims are estimates based on proper care; we are not liable for damage caused by improper maintenance.
Payments
Final balances are due upon completion of service. We accept cards, mobile wallets, and (for established customers) invoiced terms. Late payments may accrue a 1.5% monthly fee.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
